We advertise in all the local papers, our brochure and web site, additionally we are always pleased to take queries directly  - just come into our central Southend office or phone on 01702 390990.

We will organise your visit to any property advertised and either accompany you ourselves or arrange for the Landlord or Tenant to accompany you.

Once you have chosen a property we will require you to complete an application form and, if Housing Benefit, the Pre-Tenancy Determination Form.  Payment of £94.00 per adult will be required.  We shall obtain references from your Employer and existing Landlord.  In addition a full credit check will be made. 

Upon signing contracts we shall require one months rent and one months security deposit - in cleared funds - before issueing you with keys to the property.
